We aim to supply the necessary goods, services and information to help others along this path to longevity, wellbeing and health.

We have a qualified naturopath with a keen interest in nutrition, physiology, childhood illnesses, allergies and psychology available in our Cairns store clinic who offers:

• Assessment of your current state of health including easy solutions to fit into your current lifestyle and habits
• Nutritional education
• Counselling
• Iridology
• Live blood, QRMA, heavy metal, pH and/or allergy testing
• Evaluation of sport and work-related injuries
• Massage of all kinds from deep-tissue to relaxation

To make it easier for our customers to consume more natural foods we offer organic food hampers, starting at $20 for a mini, containing Far North Queensland/organic fruits and vegetables which are packed every Monday morning. You can order these through this website or visit our Cairns store to choose for yourself. Once packed, the hampers can then be delivered to your home for a small delivery fee or held in-store to be collected. We source as much local produce as possible, mostly from the Atherton Tablelands and Far North Queensland, and insist on good quality produce which is grown naturally. We get to know all our farmers in order to be sure there is no use of chemical sprays, fertilizers and pesticides on our produce. We also supplement our local supply with certified organic produce from Southern growing regions. We also have other organic food products available which can be added to your order including:

• Organic free-range eggs
• Organic free-range meat including chicken and beef (sold frozen)
• Fresh caught fish and lobster tails (sold frozen)
• Organic whole milk (goat or cow)
• Organic cheese, cream, sour cream, yoghurt and butter
• Locally made jams, sauces and chutneys
• Dehydrated crackers, snack-breads, wraps and fruit straps

We have a wide range of grocery products on offer in store ranging from organic grains, various flours and exotic rices to organic tinned beans, books and natural soaps. All of these products are available through our order page online or feel free to come in to the store and have a browse.
