any questions we might have about your order. Your personal details (e.g user
name, password, email address) allow us to verify that you are a registered customer and
prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your
name without your express permission. You should protect this password as
carefully as you would your other personal banking information.

We take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely. We
want you to feel comfortable when dealing with us via the Internet and email
communication. We understand that many customers are fearful about inputting
personal information in this manner. Only specific employees or sub-contractors
in our customer care, marketing, store, warehouse systems and IT areas have
access to our customers' personal information, and only under strict controls

We use a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology. We use industry standard 128 bit encryption. SSL locks all critical
information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted
envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.
Credit Card details are not permanently stored on our website. We use 124 bit
encryption for temporary storage. The card number is stored until the order
process has been finalised, after which time it is deleted from our system.
Consequently, your credit card number must be entered by you for each new order.
